Dynamic pricing tools move your rate while you sleep, and plenty of hosts who leave one running end up either fighting it or quietly turning it off. Usually the arithmetic was fine. What bothered them was not being asked.
So Nightflag doesn't ask for the keys. It watches your rivals and tells you what changed, with a number it can justify. You still decide. The difference is that deciding takes about twenty seconds, once or twice a week, instead of three quarters of an hour.

- Only a move big enough to be worth answering. A €3 wobble on a Tuesday in February is not news, and you won't hear about it.
- We suggest
- A counter anchored to your floor and your occupancy. Never an automatic undercut.
- You decide
- Approve, change, or ignore, on WhatsApp. If you ignore it, nothing happens.
What Nightflag will never do
- Never change your price. Not automatically, not overnight, not "just this once because the data was clear".
- Never undercut by default. Suggestions are anchored to the floor you set, and never fall below it.
- Never watch a market you didn't pick. You choose the rivals. We don't quietly widen the net.
- Never flag for the sake of it. A tool that pings you every day gets muted by week three.
